Performance Bloodwork Analysis

Unlock the Science Behind Your Fat Loss, Metabolism, Hormones, and Longevity

Screenshot of a health monitoring dashboard with sections labeled 'Performance Journey,' 'Vitality Score,' and 'Performance Protocol.' The dashboard displays blood draw dates, vital metrics, and a list of health and fitness goals.
Dashboard showing health and vitality data, including a vitality score of 92.1%, a focus on sleep with a 92.4% score, biomarkers like GGT, RBC, hemoglobin A1c, and reverse T3, and various performance metrics.

Most people spend years trying to fix fatigue, stubborn fat, poor recovery, or lack of progress in the gym without ever looking at the underlying cause.

Standard blood tests only show if you fall within a “normal” range. But normal doesn’t mean optimal for performance, strength, or physique.

Our Performance Bloodwork Analysis takes a deeper look at the markers that directly affect metabolism, hormones, energy, and recovery, so you know EXACTLY where to focus for meaningful and measurable improvement.

This is a 14-page guide that explains all the biomarkers, patterns, the 13 functional performance areas, and personalized interventions.

Vitality Blueprint + Wits & Weights

Vitality Blueprint is a world-class performance bloodwork system co-founded by Dr. Andy Galpin and Dan Garner, two of the most respected names in the field of human performance.

Vitality Blueprint bridges the gap between clinical-grade blood testing and performance-based coaching to provide deeper insight into your internal physiology and how it impacts your training, recovery, energy, fat loss, metabolism, and health.

Your bloodwork is analyzed using 95 biomarkers, pattern analysis, and 20,000+ calculations to provide you with precise performance reference ranges. At Wits & Weights, we use this data to create a Performance Plan with personalized training, nutrition, and supplement recommendations to help you feel and perform at your best.

Why performance bloodwork?

If you’re training, tracking, and eating well but still not seeing results, something inside your physiology may be holding you back.

This analysis is designed for people who want clarity on:

  • Why fat loss has stalled despite consistency.

  • Why energy and recovery don’t match training output.

  • How hormones may be influencing progress.

  • Which nutrition and lifestyle changes will have the biggest impact.

  1. Comprehensive Bloodwork Panel
95 biomarkers covering metabolism, hormones, nutrient status, inflammation, gut health, brain health, and more.

  2. Professional Interpretation
A clear explanation of your results, tied directly to fat loss, muscle gain, and recovery, not just “normal” ranges.

  3. Personalized Performance Plan
Nutrition, training, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies tailored to your physiology.
