Before the call, you'll fill out a detailed intake form covering your nutrition, training, goals, and history. I review everything in advance so we don't waste a minute on background.
On the call, we go deep. We'll analyze what's not working, identify what you can realistically achieve in the next 90 days, and zero in on the specific changes that will get you there. Whether that's fixing a stalled fat loss phase, recovering from years of undereating, dialing in your training, or figuring out your next phase, this is where we solve it.
